Welcome to Echo Glassworks. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions; please read them carefully.

1. Our Products

Echo Glassworks creates custom glass art using information provided by our customers. Each piece is handcrafted by the artist. Because of the nature of handcrafted art, no two pieces are identical, and slight variations in appearance are a natural part of the process.

2. The Ordering Process

By placing an order with Echo Glassworks, you agree to the following:

  • Your finished piece will be crafted directly from the impression you send to us, so the quality of your impression matters. Your kit includes detailed instructions to guide you through the process and help ensure a result you'll love.
  • Please take care when completing your Order Customization Form, as you are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information. Once Echo Glassworks has begun the customization process, we are unable to accommodate changes or modifications to your order. 
  • You are responsible for the cost and safe packaging of shipping your completed impression kit back to our studio; Echo Glassworks is not responsible for kits lost or damaged in transit to the studio. Please see our full Shipping Policy for more details.
  • Processing and creation times begin upon receipt of your completed kit.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, we are committed to your satisfaction — if you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. 5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Echo Glassworks website, including images, text, logos, designs, and art process is the property of Echo Glassworks and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Echo Glassworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
