Shipping Policy

How Our Process Works

Echo Glassworks offers a one-of-a-kind experience that involves three shipments:

  1. We ship your kit to you. After placing your order, we'll send you the impression kit. Processing takes 1–3 business days, and you'll receive tracking information once your kit is on its way.

  2. You mail your creation back to us. Once you've made the impression and completed the Impression Form, you'll send the kit back to us at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure its safe arrival. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to our studio.

  3. We transform it and ship it back. Once we receive your creation, Echo Glassworks will carefully craft it into a beautiful piece of glass art. This process typically takes 4-6 weeks. We'll then ship your finished piece back to you with care and tracking.

Please note: Return shipping of your completed glass art piece is included in your original order. The cost of mailing your impression back to our studio is the customer's responsibility.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship all US orders via major carriers including USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the best delivery experience for your order. Delivery of your initial kit typically takes 2–8 business days depending on your location.


International Orders, Shipping, and Import Duties

We ship internationally to the following regions:

Canada

United Kingdom

South Africa

Asia (China, India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, and more)

Select countries worldwide including Australia, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, and others

International orders are shipped via DHL or USPS and typically arrive within 10–30 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times. International shipping rates are applied at checkout based on your destination.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Echo Glassworks has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Damaged Items

All Echo Glassworks products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Echo Glassworks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
