Because every Echo Glassworks piece is custom and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Each piece of glass art is one-of-a-kind and made specifically for you, which means it cannot be restocked or resold.

We encourage you to review your order details carefully before submitting, and please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions before placing your order.


We're Committed to Making It Right

While we don't offer traditional refunds or returns, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn't right with your order — whether it arrived damaged, wasn't what you expected, or you have any concerns at all — please reach out to us. We will work with you to find a solution and make sure you love your Echo Glassworks piece.


Damaged or Lost Items

If your finished piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and work with you on the best resolution, which may include remaking your piece.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will work with the carrier to locate it or find a suitable resolution.
